Following the Client undertaking a change in contractor and successful procurement through a tender process, our team was contracted to complete the internal hallway. The space was left in an unfinished and unsafe condition, requiring careful attention. We first made the hallway safe and undertook damp proofing to protect against moisture ingress.
To improve insulation and comfort, we excavated the floor and installed an insulated layer before finishing with high-quality Yorkshire stone to achieve an elegant, durable surface. Joinery and electrical installations were meticulously carried out, ensuring no penetration of the damp proofing layer, preserving its effectiveness and achieving a seamless finish.
