This project involved the complete removal of an old wooden garage to make way for a bespoke, purpose-built structure. The new garage was thoughtfully designed to include a separate entrance leading to a utility room and an upstairs self-contained living quarter, featuring a living area/bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom.
The garage was fully fitted out with integrated cupboards for optimal storage and an electric garage door for convenience. The works encompassed comprehensive electrical and plumbing installations along with a separate electric heating system to ensure comfort and functionality.
Supporting the new structure, we also reinforced the retaining wall to provide long-term stability and future-proofing.
This project marks the first phase of the client’s broader development plans delivering a versatile and high-quality standalone space tailored to their needs.
