This comprehensive refurbishment project involved restoring and updating a residential property from the structural framework upwards. The process began with stripping back the house to its original structure, allowing for essential repairs and improvements, including the installation of a new damp proof course to prevent moisture issues.
The works progressed with first and second fix joinery, plumbing and electrical installations including a new, efficient heating system to enhance comfort and energy efficiency. We installed two multi-fuel stoves to add both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
The interior was transformed through bespoke kitchen and bathroom design followed by the manufacture and installation of new double-glazed wooden windows ensuring improved insulation and character preservation.
Externally, the property received careful repointing with Belzona application to improve durability and weather resistance. The front and rear of the house were finished with new patios, creating attractive and functional outdoor spaces.
