This project was awarded through a competitive tender process initiated by an architect who had been collaborating closely with the client to refine the design and specifications over time. Our submission was selected based on our extensive credentials, comprehensive project plan and demonstrated ability to deliver work of a high standard.
Our robust processes included the preparation of detailed Health and Safety documentation, method statements and ongoing reporting—ensuring transparency and compliance not only to the client but also to the architect.
The project featured intricate requirements, notably in relation to window specifications: the client had a preferred supplier and we successfully negotiated a better deal on behalf of the Client.
The scope encompassed foundational works, wall structure construction and securing the building’s water tightness with the roof installed within a tight timeframe.
We maintained close communication with various suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all materials in line with our project schedule. Despite minor delays with some deliveries, we completed the scheme three days ahead of schedule.
Throughout, we prioritised attention to detail, sourcing handles and finishes that complimented the client’s colour schemes and floor coverings. Early-stage mood boards were instrumental in aligning expectations and ensuring the design vision was realised.
The client was highly satisfied with the clarity, quality and efficiency of our approach concluding the project to an exceptional standard.
