This extensive refurbishment project transformed a four-floor house into a stunning, fully upgraded home tailored to the client’s specifications. The works included installing a new kitchen and a bespoke dressing room alongside comprehensive redesigns of two of the four bathrooms to meet modern standards and personal style.
The interior was finished with full internal decoration, reflecting the client’s exact preferences. A highlight was the unconventional pink glitter cloakroom which added a touch of unique flair to the home—something we enjoyed executing for the first time.
The project also involved a detailed electrical check and remedial works to ensure safety and functionality.
Additionally, we constructed a small holiday let apartment at the bottom floor with new plasterboard walls, a small kitchen and bathroom expanding the property’s usability and appeal.
To complete the external work, we meticulously installed scaffolding for the painting of the house’s exterior ensuring a flawless finish.
Overall, this was a truly enjoyable project, culminating in a beautiful, versatile and fully refreshed home.
